Award in Remedial Education

In Module Two, participants will be exposed to screening tools, report writing and participate in the assessment of a learner under supervision and support of a tutor.

Please note that the successful completion of Module 1 is required before commencement of Module 2 on the 30th of August  2023.

Once your commitment to proceed has been received, your invoice for Module 2 will be sent on the 04th of August 2023 with payment due by 18th of August 2023.

Please indicate your interest by no later 31 July 2023.

Please indicate your interest by no later Wednesday 29 November 2023.

Module 3 has a theoretical and practical component. Participants will gain knowledge on evidence-based practice on how to intervene with a learner with mathematics difficulties or dyscalculia. Participants will then do 10 hours of intervention under the guidance and support of a tutor.

Please note that the successful completion of Module 2 is required before commencement of Module 3 on the 24th of January 2024.

Once your commitment to proceed has been received, your invoice for Module 3 will be sent on the 01st of December 2023 with payment due by 15 January 2024.

Please indicate your interest by no later 29 November 2023.

Supplementary training for the use of the Bellavista Profiling battery and Intervention programme for Afrikaans learners. Once your payment has been received, we will set up a time with the trainer to do the sessions and support you through the materials.
