Specialisation in Geletterdheid en Disleksie Application Process
As we have a limited number of places, applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
The Specialisation in Geletterdheid en Disleksie runs over 18 months. Your non-refundable application fee covers the review of your documentation to determine whether the entry requirements have been met.
Should your application be successful, you will receive an email with your Enrolment Contract and Payment Arrangement Letter. Once payment has been cleared, you will receive a link to complete your application and submit your supporting documents. Please read the further information document for course fees and content outlines. We look forward to welcoming you on the course!
The course will kick off with Module One in the last week of February 2025. Lectures will be at 5pm weekly, and we will communicate your lecture day as soon as possible.
Documents
Please get the following documents ready for your application:
- Certified copy of your Identity Document
- Certified copy of your qualification/s
- Certified copy of your SACE/HPCSA Registration
- A CV/document demonstrating at least two years relevant work experience
- A certificate of clearance from the Sexual Offenders Register – SOR (or an application of clearance)
- A certificate of clearance from the Child Protection Register – CPR (or an application of clearance)
- A letter of motivation: Why do you want to do this course?
Toekenning in Geletterdheid en Disleksie Aansoekproses
Aangesien ons ‘n beperkte aantal plekke het, sal aansoeke op ‘n eerste kom, eerste bedien basis verwerk word.
Aansoekdokumente wat vereis word om in te dien na betaling van Aansoekfooi
Indien jy jou R500 aansoekfooi betaal het, e-pos asseblief die volgende dokumente na [email protected] om die aansoekproses te bespoedig.
- Bewys van betaling vir Aansoekfooi, SLEGS indien per EFT betaal
- CV of opsomming van ondervinding
- Onlangs gesertifiseerde afskrifte van ‘n nasionale identiteitsdokument
- HPCSA/SACE-registrasiesertifikaat met lidmaatskapnommer
- Seksuele Oortreders Register (SOR) klaringsertifikaat (Polisieklaring); of ons sal jou TGD-aansoek aanvaar op bewys van aansoek vir jou SOR-klaring
- ‘n brief van ondersteuning van jou werkplek se onmiddellike toesighouer, OF, as jy in privaat praktyk is, ‘n verwysingsbrief van ‘n kollega
