Dr Graeme Codrington is an expert on the new world of work and multigenerational workplaces. He is a keynote presenter, author, futurist, facilitator and strategy consultant working across multiple industries and sectors. He has a particular interest in trends affecting how people live,work,interact and connect with each other.
Generational research suggests that attitudinal distinctions emerge from different generations. While the mix of generations work and live side-by-side has potential to create challenges, navigating those challenges is pivotal. This presentation aims to promote understanding between generations. This is vitally important in our most defining relationships-those between parents and children.
