Joshua MacNeill began his career as a teacher where he quickly began adapting trauma-informed strategies into his classroom. He realised how important this approach was, and saw amazing improvements in his students.
This presentation provides a trauma-informed approach to working with students. It provides a basic overview of the brain and neural-development, an understanding of trauma and its impact on student’s brain, and then explore many practical solutions to improve neural wiring and bring out your students’ best potential.
