The series will focus on proven, scientific CBT skills and ideas that will help you to understand your child’s emotions, learn what an emotion is, learn how to talk to your child about their emotions and gain techniques that you can teach your child to use themselves to manage their emotions. Parents will also learn how not to accommodate the anxious child through setting effective boundaries, building resilience and self-esteem.
