The Marigold Series | Session 2: Report Writing Process
This workshop will take participants through the report writing process in a school setting, beginning from the moment a student enters your classroom. Aimed at both new educators and support specialists, the session will provide practical insights and opportunities for discussion. Effective strategies for marking and assessment will be explored, with a focus on crafting insightful, professional report comments that offer constructive feedback while maintaining a personal touch.

The Marigold Series | Session 3: Navigating Tough Conversation: Building Bridges Between Home and School
As educators and health professionals, we are often called to have conversations that are uncomfortable but essential – about student behaviour, wellbeing or progress. How do we approach parents with empathy while maintaining professional boundaries? How do we balance compassion with accountability, and ensure that students are active participants in repairing relationships and learning from their actions? This workshop explores practical frameworks for restorative communication, tools for de-escalation, and strategies for fostering trust and shared responsibility between schools, families, and students.
