This blended learning training equips health professionals and educators with the Issie Senses methodology, focusing on how to adapt, and utilise sensory environments therapeutically.

Asynchronous Learning:
Complete online videos before onsite workshops, covering:- History and Rationale of Issie Senses and the MSTE
- The “Enabling Therapist”
- Sensory Processing and Sensory Processing Disorders
- Communication and Speech within the MSTE
Each video presentation is followed by a short assignment to reinforce learning, which must be completed before the synchronous workshop.
Synchronous Learning:
Participate in onsite workshops held over two afternoons, featuring:- Hands-on experiences within the Multisensory Therapeutic Environment
- Case study discussions
- Strategies for supporting clients with trauma and emotional needs within the MSTE
- Goal setting for clients within the sensory space
- Present a case study via Zoom as part of the collaborative learning process.
