Conference 2026

Let's reignite meaning, purpose and the freedom to once again teach.

In today’s education system, teachers aren’t necessarily struggling because they lack skill or passion. They're struggling because the system is broken.

Teachers work in highly stressful environments, where they are met with competing demands and external pressures that make true teaching harder every day.

Classrooms have become places of management, where teachers must be educators, counsellors, administrators, social workers, mediators, technology and legal experts, parent liaison officers, and disciplinarians all at once, and often without the time, resources or support to do so meaningfully or fear of serious repercussions.

The result is a cycle of burnout and bureaucracy that stifles one’s ability to inspire curiosity and connection, the very heart of teaching.

With UNESCO predicting a global shortfall of 44 million teachers by 2030, the moment to reimagine our education system and expectations for this century is now.

True change must begin with courageous leadership from school heads and boards, strengthened by partnerships within the broader education and commercial community.

Thus, our aim for the Bellavista S.H.A.R.E. Conference taking place on the 05 & 06 March, 2026 is to dismantle such barriers through thought-provoking keynotes and presentations, panel discussions and proven practical strategies to reignite meaning, purpose and the freedom to once again teach.
